A favorite juice 💚

“Food is medicine.” This is not a foreign concept to most people these days, but especially not to the majority of Krush Enthusiasts. We have been told since we were kids that we should eat the rainbow, and for a very good reason. Different colored fruits and vegetables contain different nutrients with unique benefits. The best news is that one of the quickest ways to enjoy and digest a colorful variety of produce is by drinking organic, cold-pressed juices and wellness shots. Just one lemon contains 50% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C and each of the OK juices contains 1-2 pounds of organic produce. My personal favorite is the Flex Appeal: a refreshing, sweet, zingy green juice with spinach, pineapple, cucumber, kale, and my two favorite ingredients, ginger and mint. This juice is super hydrating from the cucumber and pineapple and full of essential nutrients. It is high in vitamin C from the pineapple and vitamin E and magnesium from the spinach, vitamins A, C, K and folate from the kale, and of course the ginger provides an incredible immunity boost. And then there is the mint, which like other herbs, packs a ton of flavor and nutrients into just a few little leaves, taking the juice to another level of deliciousness.
