LIFESTYLE MEAL PLAN

Our Lifestyle Meal Plan incorporates lean animal proteins, which can be more fortifying compared to our traditional Juice Cleanse or Vegan Meal Plan. It is less about detoxifying, and more about establishing a whole food based diet. It also lowers your body burden by eliminating some common allergenic foods, such as gluten and dairy. It is the most substantial meal plan, therefore, it’s an easy one to continue eating for life. We can also customize it to your liking.

(1-3 days depending on your lifestyle) Plan to include: probiotics, dry brushing, apple cider vinegar, drink green tea (to replace coffee). To prep best, plan to avoid dairy, meat and alcohol.

20-minute exercise (walk), probiotic, lemon-cayenne water.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT CAFFEINE
If you are someone who enjoys (depends on) some caffeine, we understand! When we cleanse we do not completely give up caffeine; we drink a little black coffee or some green tea, but always before noon each day so that our sleep won’t be affected; one of the gifts of cleansing is that you will sleep very deeply, because your body burden will be so light. Don’t mess that up by drinking too much caffeine!
