As many of our guests know, we have large families! Not only do we each have 4 children, but we were born into large Irish and Italian families so our extended family network is huge (believe it or not, one of us has 72 first cousins!). As you can imagine, the holidays are usually filled with crowded dinner tables and rowdy guests.

It’s slightly shocking to be preparing for simpler holiday meals this year, but there’s something sweet and cozy and elegant about this year’s celebration. Our dinner tables will still be filled with an organic turkey and delectable gluten-free side dishes, only it will be in smaller platter sizes than previous years.
