This time of year is always bittersweet. Summer festivities and the beating sun are coming to an end, but the seasonal change always brings joy and a new set of amazing produce to take advantage of.

You might remember we used to have a raw pad thai salad in our gourmet to go section a few years ago. Well we took inspiration from that and turned it into a noodle salad with brown rice noodles (gluten-free!), added some more herbs (because you can never have too much), and paired it with a wasabi dressing for an extra kick.
