One of the major perks of our job, is we get to be the testers of just about everything coming out of our kitchens! Last week we jumped right into the updated Spring Vegan Cleanse menu, and wow, we were impressed!

In winter, our bodies respond to the darkness and cold by going into preservation mode, making it harder to lose weight or be energized. Now in spring, the longer days of sunlight (yes vitamin D!!!) kick our metabolisms up and inspire fresh beginnings.
We love the Spring Vegan Cleanse because the 3 meals, 2 cold-pressed juices, 1 wellness shot & 1 dessert (yes, dessert) per day are infused with flavors of freshness and crunch. Asparagus, basil, blueberries, carrots, elderberry, radish, sugar snaps & more spring produce come together to create meals that are high in nutrients and taste absolutely delicious! The new favorites for us on this menu were the Jasmine Rice Bowl with Veggies and the Spiralized Sweet Potato “Noodles”. Perfection!
