Farm to Table Seaside Dining + Organic Krush
We have exciting happenings in the Organic Krush World! We’re opening our first upscale dining restaurant in Montauk, NY with a central focus on farm to table, seaside, sustainable sourcing! We’ve hinted over the years (in this newsletter!) that our driving forces in business are creating a world where the food we eat makes us feel amazing, AND contributes the least amount of harm to the environment. No, thank you to GMOs, pesticides, and harmful ingredients.
So how did this little gem of a restaurant come to be? At the very end of Long Island is the most special of towns called Montauk. For many years, we’ve been partners with Chef James Tchinnis in a fan favorite restaurant called Swallow East. We were all feeling it was time to evolve the concept, and when we put our heads together this winter, we found our combined passions truly focused on the land and sea that surround us. It was time to take our home gardening and tuna fishing passions to work at a grander scale! It was time to bring our love of food and respect of farmers to the world of dining. Now, opening May 5th, we present to you, La Fin Kitchen & Lounge! We couldn’t be more excited!

We’re now taking reservations on OpenTable, and we hope our Krush guests can be some of our very first diners. You might just find us comparing rosé bottles or diving into fresh oysters, mussels and the finest steak frites on the East End of Long Island (beef by Acabonac Farms). The chef is very much looking forward to delighting you, and we can’t wait to serve you!!!
