It’s Always About the 3 Day Reset

If you’re feeling some of the effects of this unprecedented roller coaster we’re all on, we wanted to share a strategy for leveling the ride. I had such major emotional and physical successes with a homemade 3 day reset last week that I couldn’t wait to write this newsletter! When you eat light, bright and powerful foods, well, it makes you feel the same way as the food itself!

If even for a minute you’re doubting the power of a 3 day reset, I want to share this: Every 3 days the cells in your gut lining reset themselves. It’s up to you if you reset them in a positive way or a health damaging way. I am 100% guilty of too much caffeine, wine and snacking these last 6 weeks. But as soon as I set myself up for success with a 3 day reset the results were profound!!! It’s actually so do-able and so enjoyable to take 3 days to set yourself up with some great habits. You can order a 3 day juice or vegan cleanse from Krush, or you can follow the homemade version I list below.

Think about a reset in these simple ways: 1 – Establish the plan (which means write it down!!); 2 – Commit to a lot of hydration; 3- Dominate meals with organic vegetables, fruits, and healthy fats.

Here’s what my 3 day reset looked like. I hope it helps guide you along should you want to try a reboot. I can’t say enough positive things about how my mental energy and physical exhaustion were cleared up after 3 days. We have many of these recipes on FaceBook and Instagram highlights. Do NOT eat heavily the night before you cleanse, this will only make for more of a struggle. Eat light protein and vegetables and head to bed early. During this cleanse you will eliminate dairy, meat, gluten and processed sugars. It’s easier than you think!
