Here’s our secret recipe to this ginger-y, delicious, immune boosting smoothie:

  • 2 Cups frozen organic pineapple
  • 8 oz cold-press organic apple juice
  • 1/4 cup organic parsely
  • 1/2 inch of fresh ginger (peeled)

Blend on high for one minute.

Drink up!
