Here’s our secret recipe to this ginger-y, delicious, immune boosting smoothie:
- 2 Cups frozen organic pineapple
- 8 oz cold-press organic apple juice
- 1/4 cup organic parsely
- 1/2 inch of fresh ginger (peeled)
Blend on high for one minute.
