Seasonal Detox: Summer Edition 🍉
a. Frustration that you overdid it these last few weeks with graduation celebrations, Memorial Day BBQs, and too many glasses of rosé?

Honestly, for us, it’s all three: Frustration, Relief, Excitement. Yes, we were over stressed, ate, and partied in the spring (our boys DID graduate high school and win a major Long Island lacrosse title, see below for major proud mom moment!!!), but how amazing is it that with just a few days of our cells receiving an infusion of hydration and nutrients, we can reset and renew our mind and body?
Our Summer Vegan Meal Plan is full of nutrient dense seasonal ingredients like peaches, zucchini, watermelon, asparagus, arugula, and blueberries.
