This weekend New York and cities across the country were filled with rainbows, love and PRIDE! Our favorite way to show our favorite people love is through colorful, nutrient-packed food. Let’s not let our pride fade after the month of June. Incorporate love and the rainbow into your everyday through food!

Rainbow Hawaiian-inspired bowl: Brown rice, red and orange bell peppers, grilled pineapple, fresh jalapeño, pickled purple cabbage, ponzu dressing

Rainbow harvest bowl: Quinoa, roasted beets, sweet potato, artichokes, sautéed spinach, dried figs, tahini turmeric dressing

Krush Cauliflower Tacos: Corn tortillas, chili-spiced cauliflower, mango, pickled purple cabbage, chimichurri, cilantro, lime

Rainbow fruit salad: Your favorite fruits (we like red strawberries, orange sections, yellow banana and mango chunks, blueberries, and sprigs of mint). Toss your fruits in a bowl with fresh lime juice and local, organic honey!
