Taking the Madness Out of March
You may have noticed by now that we can’t stop talking about spring. It might be because we’re finalizing our delectable chef specials for the spring and summer (stay tuned)…or because we put up tented patios at our restaurants so we’re feeling the warm weather vibes.
The shift in energy and more daylight approaching has us taking a step back to focus on March wellness while forgoing all of the madness! Getting more outdoor time, drinking more water (no, we will never stop talking about hydration :)) , and eating organic food & juice that makes the mind and body feel amazing are a few of the ways we’re jumping right in.
We’re thrilled to have tented patios to be able to do all of that: fresh air, fun times, light and bright salad creations, post workout smoothies and juices, it’s time to let the spring in!
