Pull out your old-fashioned calendar — mine looks like this — and find a 3-day window that belongs to YOU!

Now mark it up and declare to yourself: These will be my three days to jump-start the rest of my year.

We cleanse 4x a year to align with the seasonal changes. We love our 3-day cleanses because they can help reset patterns. We provide the nutrients and hydration to support your reset, and you focus on nourishing your body, hydrating, and creating habits that help you feel amazing.

The Proper Way to Cleanse

1. Start with a pre-cleanse day.
Eat lightly the day before you begin. Skip heavy foods, greasy oils, and sodas, and focus on simple, nourishing foods and plenty of hydration.

2. Book a little self-care ahead of time.
Consider scheduling a massage (we especially love lymphatic massage), facial, or acupuncture appointment.

3. Gather your cleanse essentials.
Have everything ready before Day 1 so you can fully focus on your reset. Some favorites include Epsom salts for nightly baths and a probiotic. If you’re considering supplements or homeopathic remedies, check with your healthcare provider to make sure they’re appropriate for you.

4. Choose something positive to read.
Pick out a great book that helps you slow down and reset mentally, too. We love authors like Wayne Dyer or Pam Grout.

5. Plan gentle movement.
Think walks in the sunshine, light weights, yoga on YouTube, or a gentle class. This isn’t the time to push yourself — focus on movement that feels good.

6. Prep for life after your cleanse.
On Day 3, while completing your final cleanse day, place a grocery order so you’re ready for Day 4. Stock up on:

Lemons, limes, avocado, watermelon, berries, coconut water, coconut yogurt, quinoa, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, fennel, arugula, organic chicken, and pasture-raised eggs.

On Day 4, continue eating lightly while gradually adding proteins back in. Chew slowly, hydrate well, and incorporate plenty of fiber-rich foods.

7. Acknowledge what you accomplished.
Take a moment to recognize your dedication and commitment. Then, pull that calendar back out and look ahead:

When will you cleanse next?
