Do you know my food story? There’s a deep reason I want to help you feel amazing, and it starts on a gymnastics mat.

Where it all began

When I was 13, I was on a varsity gymnastics team. We practiced three hours a day, four days a week. It was intense, and we were great!

But something about those years wasn’t great, and it stuck with me for far too long. Every week, our coaches measured our body fat with calipers and announced the numbers in front of the whole team. If they didn’t like a percentage, they’d “coach” us not to eat fat. Or carbs. Or too much of anything.

So there we were, training 12 hours a week, and the adults we looked up to most were telling us not to eat. For me, that kicked off too many years of seeing food as the enemy.

Finding my way back to food

With help from my family, my college studies, and one very special book (more on that soon!), I worked my way through it. But I’m certain those weigh-ins hurt many young gymnasts’ relationships with food and nourishment.

Fast forward all these years later, and that experience is exactly why I care so much about helping people find joy, connection, and good feelings with food.

My first “feel amazing” moment

One of the very first times I truly felt amazing with food was during an Ayurvedic cleanse. That feeling is what we aim for with every Krush cleanse.

We offer a whole variety of options, so you can choose what resonates with you. At the heart of every one are the same principles: organic, healing, balanced, and delicious.

Why three days?

Here’s something we love: According to research by geneticist Dr. Bruce Lipton, the cells lining your gut renew themselves every few days. That’s one of the fastest turnover rates in the whole body! We like the idea of giving those brand-new cells the best possible building blocks.

And finding three days to reset? Totally doable. When you nourish your body well, you’ll notice more flow and vitality, and your days feel so much more manageable.

Ready for your reset? We’re here to help you do it.
