  • Ingredients, add to mason jar or glass tupperware:  
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil, I love @kosterina and @gundrymd
  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon
  • ½ tsp high-quality sea salt such as @amagansettseasalt
  • 1 teaspoon local organic honey  (impactful health benefits) 

Shake like crazy, each time you use it! !

Good for 7 days or longer in the fridge. When I use it as a marinade for chicken or shrimp or veggies, I let it sit for an hour or so, but even 15 minutes imparts a great flavor!
