With so many of us home, working, living and trying to thrive, it can become difficult to keep some structure to our days, and in particular, our eating. It is not uncommon to find yourself in a snack-tastrophy, a sna-pocolypse, a snack-foo, okay I’ll stop, but you get the picture.
It’s important to take time and listen to your body. What do you need? I’ve often found that when I’m lacking some vitamin or nutrient, my body will crave certain foods. While I was pregnant I craved spinach. The baby growing inside needed folate to help with his development, and I was eating spinach like a maniac.
