This past week on #KrushintheKitchen we focused on immune-boosting beverages like Michelle’s high vitamin C smoothie (that can also be made into a juice if you prefer!), a delightful lemon ginger & thyme infused water that Fran makes in the morning and sets on the counter for her family to drink from all day.
Only a few weeks ago Fran and I were spending our days working with our team, planning and creating strategies for growing Organic Krush into its next stage of business. While we’ve taken a pause from “growth”, we have not stopped growing in other ways. Here’s a little peek into what we have been working on these last 10 days.
Here at Organic Krush we love reading and learning about immunity and the way our systems function to make us well. It’s empowering to understand how we have an impactful say in our own wellness.
We wanted to share with you some of the things that we are thinking and talking about during this stressful virus season. Here are some of the things that we abide by, and hopefully you can find comfort and safety in the small daily practices that enhance your sense of well-being.
The word alkalizing gets thrown around a lot in health and wellness world. Organic Krush considers it an important element in making daily decisions for lifelong personal health. We like to think of an alkalized state as being an internal state of calm and balance. The foods and liquids you ingest (as well as stress levels) play a part as to how balanced your internal system is functioning.
