A Safely Served Memorial Day: Part 2 – As backyards and beaches open up, we’ve thought a lot about how to keep everyone feeling safe, secure, and virus-free for this Memorial Day Weekend.
Memorial Day will be here this weekend, and we are always reminded of the special people throughout history who lost their lives defending our freedoms. We feel incredible gratitude towards those who serve in the military currently, and to veterans whom have set the utmost example of bravery and team work.
I’m writing this newsletter at the perfect time in my week. I’m finishing Day 3 of our Spring Vegan Cleanse, and life feels a whole lot clearer and more stable. Crazy right? How could food create a change in emotional wellness?
